What is the Activity Stream?

The activity stream lists the the activity within your Boardroom Web. In a very simple format, you will see in what area something was posted, a link to the item, and who posted it or updated it.

If you are on the Dashboard page, the activity stream will list the last 5 items that have been created or edited within all of the meeting spaces you have access to.

If you are on the Home page for a meeting space, the activity stream will list the last 50 items that have been created or edited within that meeting space.

I think I found a bug, how do I report it?

If you think you have found a bug, we want to hear about it. Please try and write down as much information so we can try and reproduce the bug.

What area within the Boardroom Web did you experience the bug? What were you doing when it happened? Did you see an error message? What time did it happen? What operating system and web browser were you using?

If you can capture some of that information, send an email to and we will try our best to find the bug and fix it.

I think there is an issue with the site security, how do I report it?

Security is very important and we want to be notified immediately if you found something that is a security concern. Email with your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my account?

Sorry that you want to cancel your account. If you are the Site Owner for your Boardroom Web, you can send iTech Northwest an official cancellation notice via the administration tools you use to manage your Boardroom Web. On the Dashboard page, click the link that says Manage Plan (Upgrade/Billing). There is a section that says Cancel Boardroom Web Account. Complete that section and we will cancel your Boardroom Web account / site.
