How do I add a person to a meeting space?

To add a person to a meeting space, click on the link named Add Person to Meeting Space located on the side bar on the People tab of a meeting space.

This will bring up the Choose person and set permissions panel. In the drop down list box, select the peron you want to give access. Once you have set their permissions, click the Add Person to Meeting Space button.

How do I remove a person from a meeting space?

To remove a person from a meeting space, click on the link named Remove Person from Meeting Space located on the side bar on the People tab of a meeting space.

This will bring up the Choose person to remove panel. In the drop down list box, select the peron you want to remove and click the Remove Person button.

How do I assign a person's permissions to a meeting space?

You can adjust a person's permissions at any time. To do so, navigate to the People's tab for the meeting space and person who's permission you wish to modify. Click on the person's name to go to their profile. While viewing their profile, click on the link named Edit Permissions.

This will bring up the Edit permissions for Person panel. Adjust this person's permission and click Edit Permissions when you are done.

Please note: Permissions are unique for each meeting space.

How do I email a single person within a meeting space?

You can email a person via the Boardroom Web. To do so, navigate to the People's tab for the meeting space and person you wish to email. Click on the person's name to go to their profile. While viewing their profile, click on the link named Email Person's Name.

Enter your subject and message in the fields and click the Send button to send them an email.

Please note: People must confirm their email address before Boardroom Web will send them email.

To email everyone in a meeting space, click on the link named Email People in Meeting Space located on the side bar on the People tab of a meeting space.

How do I export a person's contact information?

To export a person's contact information, navigate to the People tab for the meeting space and person you wish to export. Click on the peron's name to go to their profile. While viewing their profile, click the link named Person's Name vCard to the right of their name.

This will export their contact information so you can import it into Microsoft Outlook.

How come the Add Person to meeting space hyperlink is disabled?

If the Add Person to Meeting Space link is not clickable, it means that you have added all the people from your Boardroom Web to this meeting space.

How come the Remove Person from meeting space hyperlink is disabled?

If the Remove Person from Meeting Space link is not clickable, it means that you are the only person who has access to this meeting space.
