How do I create an action item list?

To create an action item list click the link named "Create New Action Item List" located on the Action Items tab of a meeting space.

This will bring up the Action Item Creation Panel where the action item list requires a title. The description is optional. The action item list can be related to an active meeting in the meeting space.

Click the save button to create the action item list.

How do I modify an action item list?

To modify an action item list click the link named "Edit" located on the left side of the action item list title of the selected action item list located on the Action Items tab of a meeting space.

This will bring up the Action Item Edit Panel where the action item list required title can be modified. The description is optional and can be modified. The action item list relation to an active meeting in the meeting space can be modified.

Click the Update button to modify the action item list.

How do I delete an action item list?

To delete an action item list click the link named "Edit" located on the left side of the action item list title of the selected action item list located on the Action Items tab of a meeting space.

This will bring up the Action Item List Edit Panel. Below the edit panel is the Action Item List Delete Panel. Read the warning and then check the box and click the red link named "Delete this Action Item List".

Click OK on the confirm dialog box to delete the action item list

Why can I not Create / Modify / Delete an action item list?

To create, modify or delete an action item list one must have sufficient privileges within the meeting space where the list is to be created, modified or deleted.

How do I associate an action item list to a specific meeting?

To associate an action item list to a specific meeting the action item list must have been created within the same meeting space as the specific meeting. Also the specific meeting must be active and not locked.

Click the edit link on the left side of the action item list title of the selected action item list on the action item tab of the meeting space to bring up the action item edit panel. Select the specific meeting from the drop down list and then press the update button to associate the action item list to the selected meeting.

To create an action item select the action item list from the action items tab in the meeting space where it is to be created.

The action item panel has a required text area to describe the action item to be created. The assign to drop down list and the due date are optional.

Click the add action item button to create the new action item.

Click the pencil icon on the left side of the action item. This will bring up the edit action item panel. The required text area to describe the action item can be modified. The assign to drop down list and the due date are optional and can also be modified.

Click the trashcan icon on the left side of the action item to be deleted.

Click the OK button to delete the action item.

How do I assign an action item to a person?

To assign an action item to a person the person must be part of the same meeting space and have sufficient privileges to the action items area of the meeting space.

The assign action item drop down is located on the create and edit panels of the specific action item list that it belongs to. Select the person from the list and then click the add or edit button accordingly to assign the action item to the selected person.

How do I give an action item a due date?

To give an action item a due date select the action item list on the action items tab of the meeting space that the item belongs to.

Click the edit icon to the left of the action item to bring up the edit action item panel. Click into the due date text box to bring up the date picker and choose the due date of the action item.

Click the edit button to modify the action item with the selected due date.

Why can I not Complete / Revert / Remove an action item?

To complete, revert or delete an action item one must have sufficient privileges within the meeting space where the item is to be completed, reverted or deleted.
